Youth Services addresses the needs of children from ages 6-25 in the Columbia Gorge. The Next Door provides youth outreach in schools, life skills training and mentoring programs like Gorge Youth Mentoring. Our programs focus on helping children gain confidence, social skills, and life experiences that broaden their horizons. The goal is to set youth on the path for healthy, well-adjusted futures.
Our young adult program, Independent Living, works to help teens transitioning out of foster care who may need additional support. Oregon Trail Transitional Housing helps get young adults on their feet by providing temporary housing.
